  1. It's scared of heights? I had a VL3500 which, like yours would run fine on the floor, but not when hanging. We finally traced the fault to a badly soldered temp sensor that (when hot) would droop slightly due to it's own weight and break the circuit. Have a good look for dry joints etc through the temperature detection circuits. HTH G
  2. I bought a load of the prolight ones for Bridge, had no problems with them. G
  3. If you can draw it (fully), it may be cheaper to find a tame local sheet metal worker. If you can't, then any of the above will see you right.
  4. Evening all, My Google-Fu is clearly weak tonight and I can't find what I'm after, so I'm hoping that somebody else can help me find it! I'm trying to source a couple of 24U (ish) racks. They need removeable front and back covers, but also a hinged section on at least one side that I can mount I/O Panels on, whilst being able to open the door to get to internal cabling etc. I've seen this type of rack before, usually loaded with AV equipment, but I'm currently faiing to find them. Can anybody help? Glyn
  5. I've not got access to one to check, but I have a feeling the holes have clearance for 3/8 Whitworth, so M10 might (or might not) fit, depending on tolerances... It may be possible to tap them out, but bring cast you run the risk of cracking the base.
  6. Catalog? Do you have prices for their bars?, could you ping me over a copy. G
  7. That's about the size of it. Undo the restraining wire from the body, remove the lamp, unscrew the 4 screws that hold the 2 halves of the burner together, undo the earth bond and remove the existing. Reassembly is the reverse! Beware there are 2 part numbers, one for the profiles and one for pars & parnels, although I'm not sure what the differences are. Glyn
  8. A couple of the guys here...Maybe they were doing something not quite right, but... The usual suspects?
  9. #1 looks like it's from a CCT Freedom. I don't think they're used on anything else
