Push to close buttons.

Hi All

I'm looking for a supply of pre made push to close button units with 9 or so buttons.

I have a number of audio players with a trigger connector where I want to give the client a push button to trigger, I need 60 units so would prefer not to make them. Something like a number keypad would be ideal but all I can find is a matrix style resistance connector but I need simple push to close.

Any ideas on a good place to start?

Thanks

Do you need fully isolated buttons or could they have a common ground for example? A quantity of 60 makes it worth creating a PCB with a PIC or a small AVR on it to scan, decode and provide 9 or so individual outputs. What's the input look like? 3.3/5/12volt? You then have a vast choice of telephone style keypads. Edited by DrV

Sorry, common ground is fine. I need it to be power free as I don't have any easy power available.

I don't know what power is in the circuit but it will be as low as it goes. The player is a brightsign HD unit.

Thanks

Is this style of button bank any use? Seems to come in various configurations and button types:

Grayhill keypads

Edit: there were other replies as I replied, so I don't know if my response is appropriate now...

I'm not sure these are the right look for this project.

Was hoping to find a site which might have a number of styles.

Thanks for the response.

Good idea, yes is pricy but the model of player we are using is without the usb interface, if it did have usb a simple number keypad wold be ideal.

Looking at it I think making something is going to be the end result, I was hoping for a pre made unit I could just stick a Phoenix connector on and off we go.
