1) Do not cut and paste your post from a word processor.
Word processors put hidden information, about things like formatting, within your text. The software running this website does not understand this hidden information and will see it as text. This will make your post unreadable and, frankly, amateurish. Do you want this to happen? No. Then please, if you cut-and-paste, only paste 'raw' text into your post.

2) All posts MUST quote a salary or salary range, and any range must be reasonable.
