Jambo_UK
Hi everyone, Just quoting on an install of a couple of GYM PA systems for Sports Centre and one of their requirements is a Plastic cover covering the additional controls of the mixers that don't need to be changed (I.e Routing, EQ) that idle instructors will play with and then turn around and say its broken. Has anyone got an suggested suppliers that can do custom cut perspex, who can also do the holes for faders and knobs. As most of the ones I have found online can do the cut to size and a few drill holes but not the Squares for the faders and knobs. Any suggestions of suppliers would be welcome and I have tried making them myself and have failed to make one despite six attempts, the perspex is tricky to cut the shapes out of. Thanks in advance and sorry in advance to the Mods if this is in the wrong section.

david.elsbury
Presumably anyone with a cnc machine could do the square cuts easily for you?
OllieDuff
I use N E Plastics (www.neplastics.co.uk) at work; they're fairly price competitive and do NDD on most simple cutting and drilling jobs.
musht
Sign builders or places that make Point Of Sale displays will have the CNC machines to cut acrylic. Be easier for them if you can give them the drawing in a dxf or vector format.
Jivemaster
Metal covers are usually available for rack mount items, to cover controls for tamper resistance.
