Uni T's e variant party trick is 2A DC range, gets near to single mA resolution, well close. Not so bothered about DC,looks like CPC have something closer to 20 quid.

If it comes back to life, how will the calibration be? For it's really low , 10mA, DC ranges really like my Uni T 210e , think the D goes higher AC at expense of low range DC, about 40 quid on eBay. https://meters.uni-trend.com/product/ut210-series/
