mervaka
RCF should rightly be pleased, they do a good job! fatfrog
Now - If only RCF had the covers ready to ship - it's like cardboard land here!!!
MarkPAman
Mark - what did you choose to buy? Same as you. TT08A + TTS12A.Also like you, I'm thinking they'll be good monitors & I'll get some more when my budget allows. Now - If only RCF had the covers ready to ship - it's like cardboard land here!!! I'm with you there. As for my comment about handles, how about one that fits onto the flying points?

And if they don't do it you've got yourself a nice little business venture mark!!! Have you collected it yet? Alan
MarkPAman
Yes, it's in my dining room tucked away under some shelves - that's how small is is folks! The other good thing was that I returned from collecting it just in time for my Thomann delivery, so I didn't have to mess about getting that re-delivered. I'm off work at the moment, so have no large space in which to set it up and have a proper play <_< If you hear of covers becoming available, please let me know. fatfrog
Same kinda situation as mine so - it's sitting in the sitting room had it rigged up to the telly for dvd's last nite - was good but I reckon it was doing too much damage to my house!!! - Photos fell off shelves etc I wonder who's next on the list to buy one What toys did you buy from thomann? - I'm probably getting a 16ch Yamaha Ls-9 over the summer...fingers croosed - depending on how the funds go Heres a pic of it setup yesterday - sorry bout the quality - took it with my nokia n70 http://img374.imageshack.us/img374/9645/18032008192gy8.th.jpg Alan
Rob_Beech
You've obviously had the system up and running in that room. You've knocked that picture out of line.
MarkPAman
What toys did you buy from thomann? - I'm probably getting a 16ch Yamaha Ls-9 over the summer...fingers crossed - depending on how the funds go The LS9 is in my plan too. I aim to put together the smallest, lightest system I can & the Yamaha fits the bill. I hope to get the 32 but will probably end up with the 16 this year...........anybody who knows of any going second hand please PM me.....my bank seem to like me at the moment...... B-) The Thomann order was mostly odds & ends that have been waiting to build up to the free delivery price. However I did get a Soundcraft EPM12. I have a series of simple events coming up that need 11 mic inputs, and found that I had no desk easily available between 8 and 24. As we're drifting :P somewhat' I'll try to steer us around. The place where I got mine have promised to send me some powercon male connectors (they have already given me two extra powercon cables with the European plugs) so that I can use the mains link-through provided on the sub. This seems such an obvious feature to have on any system that has an amp per box, why is it so unusual to find? It does of course mean that I need to be able to add up to 13 (or 16 or 20 depending on my supply) <_< That, along with with the combined signal & mains cable that CPC do (which I can't find at the moment B-) ) should make set-up very quick & easy. fatfrog
You've obviously had the system up and running in that room. You've knocked that picture out of line. Yeah, between that and the 2 XLRs running across the room:L I'm planning to get some proper photos of the system up today - I've been up the walls between work & college assignments + I'm going on holidays on saturday Oh yeah, Heres the link for combined XLR & powercon from cpc - I just typed "XLR powercon" into the searchCombined XLR & Powercon from CPC Hope this helps Alan
Alec
Oh yeah, Heres the link for combined XLR & powercon from cpc - I just typed "XLR powercon" into the search Shame they don't do the XLR/Powercon to XLR/Powercon in a short (2m) length for easy & neat linking from sub to top. And just checking back to those of you who've just bought the TT system - what are you using it for - theatre or band? Still tempted by the prospect of such a neat little setup if it has enough kick for my function band, but need to know if it's worth the effort of sorting out a demo. Sirch Sound
Yeah - It's a shame they don't do shorter link leads alright - I suppose you can always wrap it up around the distance pole though I can make you some of these leads in any length/ combination you require, using only the highest quality components (Van Damme Audio cable, Linax Power cable, And Neutrik connectors). PM me for your requirements and a quote. CheersRich

Sirch Sound
Yes, exactly. The madjority of the cable is shrinkwrapped which break out into 30cm tails at each end, however as I say I can change any of this if you require. CheersRich
