Discreet Comms headsets

Hi All,

I'm in search of some discreet headsets for our Green Go Comms system, as we have stage management on stage constantly and need to hear cues. We have in the past used custom made headsets with in ear pieces, however we need four now, and don't have the budget to shell out over a grand for them- plus the lead time is two weeks. Anything else we can find is only a mic or only an earpiece.  The input into the pack is 4XLRF- We're happy to rewire but not sure of the best way to do it so we're not throwing money away. Anyone got any suggestions or a place to start? Surely other people have had this issue.

I wired some similar to these, had to get into the switch to rewire the cable to get rid of the common ground.
