Preset wall panel DMX

I have to say, as a piece of industrial design, that's horrific. While I can think of loads of uses for a device like that, I can't imagine many places being happy with sticking that on the wall except in a cupboard where nobody can see it.

Just for a start, why is the LED for each button in a different relative place to the button?!

I agree. It looks like that because it's a cut down version of a bigger version with more buttons, presumably with the same PCB but some buttons not fitted. In that context you can see there is some pattern to the LED positions.

...but with the larger one, the numbers don't seem very logical. 1, 2, 3, 4 along the top, fine... but then the bottom row goes 0, 7, 6, 5 backwards. It'd be more sense if all the buttons were numbered clockwise, but the right hand ones have a different function so they just look haphazardly and inconsistently labelled at first glance.

I see what you're saying about the look of it - it's not quite "right". But for my intended use it will probably be in an out of sight position behind a "private" door & in any case looks about 100 times better than what's there at the moment.

I have been looking in to anyscene as well and it great that someone has has tried one and it does what I wanted as in terms of the DMX from the anyscene stops when it see another DMX signal. I am thinking of the 4 or the 8 scene one just have to get a price for them now.
