Junior8
I don't think anybody has mentioned the Hampstead Theatre. With Central's Embassy Theatre just over the road there are three varied size venues within a few yards.
gareth
Theatre by the lake in Keswick has both a main house and a studio. They're not massive but put on a wide variety of Summer Rep and one nighters. I have the tech specs here Do you happen to have the chief electrician's or technical manager's e-mail address, please? I don't think anybody has mentioned the Hampstead Theatre. I did, in the very first post ;-)
Munro
The new Hull Truck theatre would nearly fit your spec, I think the main house is only 350-ish though. Hull Truck Main House is 425. Studio is 133 when configured end-on.

mr_towers
Pitlochry Festival Theatre seats about 530 and has loads of free parking! There isn't a studio theatre though. The parking is extensive, but staff car park can be a bit soggy when the Tummel's high!
