PLASA meet up

Just wanted to get some preliminary information as to peoples availability for the PLASA Meet up (PLASA is on between the 7th and 10th of September at Earls Court, London). In order to maximise attendance, we need to make sure people will be available...

I would say any day other than the Sunday (hate PLASA on sunday D-I-S-C-O)

Yes - can't bear Sunday. Wednesday is tres bad for me. And you know, it ain't proper drinking unless I'm there. Although I'm hoping for some more heroic performances this time around.... <_<

I thought I'd bring this thread back up the pile, and also add that I now can't do Sunday or Monday...

This is not fair - I've restrained from adding my vote to the poll until I could get a vauge hint from the "powers that be" what my work patten round then is going to be.

 

Now it looks like the only day I can feasably make is - wait for it

 

Sunday.

 

Ugh - I've never been on a Sunday on account of it's reputation - Is it realy as bad as it's made out to be?

I always end up going on Sunday (as I can't usually get time off during the week) and although the place is full of pimple-faced dj Wannabes (apologies to all those who represent them on this board) Most companies will chat quite happily to you if you show an interest in their products.

Being a DJ I should take offence, but I'm not going to because I know what the majority of jockeys are like - the little sh*ts!

 

Sunday is the supposed 'DJ day' - but I've never been on a Sunday so I wouldn't know.

I should hopefully be going on the Sunday (groan - I know, but I have to keep up appearances :D !) and the Tuesday as well.
