PuppetLight
I know its a rather old analogue desk,But I recently purchased a Celco Baby control desk for £25, full functioning complete with replacement fuses, faders and desk lamp bulb. However 2 issues have arisen:1) The Socapex output seems to be smaller in size than other Socapex units I have used before, (Its about an inch and a half in radius) and am unsure what cable to buy to output from it.2) It has no manual, and as this is only the second analogue desk I have come across, (the first Celco) I was wondering if anyone had the manual, regardless of how old it is, that they could scan or photograph to send to me. Thanksany help is good help. http://postimg.org/image/vy21sffcx/
jonathanhill
If the analogue out is indeed Socapex, then it is likely to be the 37-pin variant, which was used on boards like Artisan. It may be a 37-pin BICC connector as used on the Pulsar Rock Desk. I would approach someone like AC Entertainment Technologies in the first instance. A photo of the connector would be helpful. johnhuson
The Socpaex connector you mention will be a 37-pin variant used for anlogue control in days gone by. They're wired as follow usually http://freespace.virgin.net/tom.baldwin/pinout-37socapex.html.
