Brian Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 Used the conical cutters, i.e. no steps, and they tend to leave a raised edge to the hole. Have a play with some scrap material and cutting speeds. You're probably going too fast which causes excess heat and some of the plastic melts rather than cuts.
