Dave m
There's a fair few Patt 23's polished up for sale on ebay and I have half a dozen that I intend to tart up. anybody got ideas about a lamp to fit? I was wondering about a cheap LED unit from china/ebay but don't know how bright they'd be?

I was wondering about a cheap LED unit from china/ebay but don't know how bright they'd be? I was advised to grab the £50 or so un moded and let someone else take the strain! There is a feeling the market is becoming saturated but those chroming up etc have not realised yet!
Don Allen
One of the large diameter tungsten halogen energy saver lamps will look similar to the original T1 lamp and add some vintage look to it. Too late to look for a better picture lamp
dmxtothemax
What do you want to use these lights for ? There are many lamp options for them, So it depends on the use ! CFL, MR16, LED, Incandesant ?
Dave m
To be honest, I have no eFFin idea. I have done one polish wise, it only took a couple of hours. I do up old motor bikes so have all the polishing kit.Although there are guys on ebay who'll do it for £60. Which seems a better bet. I may well just bung in a lamp to give a glow, but have seen some 743's rigged with LEds that can be remote controlled to change colour.I'm missing at leaf one lens so that may be a problem
