in one word. Genlyte.
I'd say the decline began when strand was sold to vulture capitalist, Schroder Ventures. The sell off to genitals was just the final nail in the coffin

The bulk of the last increase wasnt an increase in the per unit charge,it was the doubling of the daily standing charge

Pulsar use here own wiring standard, pin 1 is +,so you can ignore that one,pin 2 ground, then 3 to 8 for channels 1-6.No idea how the dmux is configured but the ground from your d-mux goes to all the pin 2's on the 8 pin din, channel 1 on the d mux to pin 3 on the first 8 pin din ,channel 2 to pin 4,3 to 5,4 to 6 ,6 to 7 and channel 6 to pin 8.Channel 7 from the d mux goes to pin 3 on the second din plug, channel 13 to pin 3 on the third 8 pin,and channel 19 to pin 3 on the forth din,I'll leave you to work the rest out

- the terminals on 13A sockets themselves aren't rated to 63A. Generally they're also not rated to have multiple 6mm cables in the terminals.
And it wouldn't meet the definition of an A1 ring

The regs have recently changed,so unless its fixed equipment were theirs no chance of any DC its got to be type A,and personally id suggest a C curve to avoid nuisance tripping from inrush currents

Another and less satisfactory alternative is send a couple of physically fit persons, one to run or cycle to the nearest fire station and the other to the nearest police station.
Lets hope all your incidents happen when the local station is open.If its between 8pm and 7Am around here youll need a fit runner to complete the 25 + mile journey to the nearest open station

They're the thing with a wire stripper that leaves you with a mangled mess;
why bother with the stripper when theirs a perfectly good knife.
Even gets over the pozi/phillips/jis problem with interchangeable bits

Which parts are supposed to be true?
From my own personal experience traveling through philadelphia airport in 2000, most of it.Friends accompanied us right up to the final boarding gate and security were more interested in my steeltoe caped trainers than the contents of our carry on bags. The only real "security" was the duty free we bought in the airport was delivered to us once we were onboard the flight.

Id throw it back at the so called "electrician" and ask them to provide the documentation that deems them a fail

Not the ideal desk for this application
Pah,ya should try doing it on a 200b,full 8 channel surround.Playback was the easy bit, getting the tracks in the right place on the tape was the fun part.

Pity it wasn't an old skool alarm,at best puling a wire out would bring up a fault condition(unless you had a spare end of line resistor) or more likely set the bells off.

(with about 40mm of thread buried in the softwood, it seems to hold just fine
If you've threaded the wood a drop of superglue will help strengthen the thread

tennis ball idea, what about making some sort of blow-pipe affair out of some 25mm PVC conduit?
you've just brought back a child hood memory, the gas pipe bazooka.Couple of foot of gas pipe, a powerful spring, and tennis balls for ammo

I thread some fairly thin paracord through a tennis ball and would throw the tennis ball over the beam and then pull the spanset over.
tree surgeon mate of mine uses a bow an arrow ,how much space you got between the beam and roof and how good a shot are you?

Yes, you can do this. I
was how the old police radios worked, control in our area was at the top of the fm broadcast range, and the coppers in the field was on,from memory around 140Mhz

Is "best value" still a thing within local authoritys? was a handy way of getting around the cheapest quote mentality.
QuoteCouncil employee orders £500,000 of equipment from his brother's company..."
Essential quality's if said employee has ambition of becoming an MP
