Hi all,

I was asked by a friend to look at his loacl drama groups lighting desk which will not do anything when switch on apart from some LEDs light up on the desk along with LCD screen lights but nothing showing on it. Press any buttons and it will do nothing at all. I did Google to see if there is some way of resetting the desk.

Dose anyone have any experience with this desk.

Don't know the device but if none of the buttons toggle their respective LEDs, I'd be looking to remove any battery or other internal power source if unable to find a method to reset it externally. 

Think there was a similar thread here not that long ago about these kinds of symptoms, albeit on a different model of cheap controller. 

Sounds like the desk has forgotten what to be.
