Don't know whom makes these, but they DO exist. Used for large Christmas lighting displays in which complex effects are obtained by dimming numerous circuits each of which has only a modest load. Usually 120 volt for the American market, but I have seen a German one for 220/240 volts. Each channel protected by a 2 amp mini fuse and input via a 16 amp blue ceeform.

Dynalite do a range of Compact lighting dimmers including a wall mount DLE1203 12 x 3A and DIN rail mount DDLE801 8 x 1A dimmers. These pop up on auction sites, but the ones available are not a bargain. Look for DIN rail versions. Some Dynatile dimmers such as the Studio 12 are 0 - 10V analogue control inputs.

In the past I've used the guts out of a Showtech Sunstrip. 10ch of dimming, in a module that's easy to re-use. Works out to be about £17 per channel.

NJD do a 12 channel dimmer at 4 amps per channel.

 

First google hit is an Amazon seller, £22.50 per channel so a bit pricier than Andy's solution but less alterations required.
