MickieMackieMoo
Never used it, but I have The equipment to spray it or apply by roller... cabs are sanded and prepped for paint.. just wondering what people’s views are on spraying it really.. or stick with a roller... which one has the nicer finish ?? electronicsuk
It goes on well by roller but it's easy to over-work the paint and end up with a finish that's more spikey then it is stippled. No experience with spraying but I guess if you experiment on a scrap surface and can get the right finish, spray away.

MarkBarl
The data sheet from Bluearan http://www.bluearan.co.uk/sales/misc/pdfs/C33-27PDFTDS.pdf has advice for the finish. It depends if you want a textured or smooth finish

vlfaudio
Just finished repainting/refurbing a rig for a client. Sanded down to bare MDF, then used a normal foam roller for a flat first coat, then 2 coats of texture using the honeycomb rollers, found it really easy to get a nice finish. Client is over the moon ( and has tons of cabs in need of freshening up ).
