Sits vacant forum - strange post

Most times people post job adverts, I end top having too contact them to find out what the pay is - it's one of our rules, and clearly explained in the jobs section. I normally email, because clearly lots of ads are posted by the HR dept, or somebody in an office who found us by reputation or Google. PMs don't work, because often they never actually read the forum.

 

Got two today from a presentation firm, with no pay, so I sent an email - and amazingly got an auto response back that asked me to fill in a questionnaire to proceed further. This email address is the ONLY email on their website. I eventually found three email possibles via google and companies house for the directors - but two of those bounced back - one may have got through, but this guy could be the cleaner?

 

The questionnaire everyone who applies has to fill in is not a simple one. I've copied it below and it would put me off even applying!

 

If they don't respond - not a lot I can do - which is a shame.
