Jivemaster
http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/time-delay-relays/0160262/ At £22 +tax this is a simple method of turning the movers contactor off at a time after the power is switched off to the desk. So turn the desk power off DMX ceases lamps go off then minutes later the contactor takes the power off the movers. COuld you cobble together a DMX receiver with a "DMX indicator" LED and use the led cct to switch a contactor via an opto coupler?
david.elsbury
Even easier, I could use one relay to disconnect DMX which then has a second set of contacts to trigger a delayed power off ? No need to DMX sense
maeterlinck
Not quite DMX 'loss', more DMX command. ;) But a nice simple solution.
