Martin.Hall
Ok so seems the x factor and other shows can get it spot on. Well I am looking to build a set with some led panels in the set forming a huge 12m x 2m video wall. The cameras are seeing a very strange banding and a tearing affect. Type of cameras being used are a full hd studio camera. So wouldn't say novice level with the tech input as it's in a studio. Led is a 6mm led indoor outdoor. Tried: Hz refresh rate. All inputs Has anyone else seen this before?

As Shez suggests it could well be a moire effect - You're not looking through a gauze or anything in front of the panels? Do you have Racks / RCPs on the cameras? We often put a bit of shutter in to reduce flicker if its a refresh rate issue. ECS should help you out here if you have racks or can find a way through the camera menus.
