Spot the connector

Looks like 1/8" (3.19mm). I've picked up a fair few 2nd hand boards without leads (they are school logic experiments) so changing them all would be tedious. I can buy plug to lantern battery leads, but this is also less than ideal.

They'll be an off the shelf connector given that they're UK made by someone like Unilab or Philip Harris - have a look at Farnell, for some of these sorts of connectors they have better coverage than RS.

 

It looks like it may be a Phoenix connector perhaps... You could try eMailing them a picture and see if they recognise it? Phoenix

I bought the horrid "lantern" battery connector with the other half on the other other end.

 

There's no point in finding what they are - they are terrible. Loose, poor contact, heatshrunk to the cable...

 

I'll replace them with a proper connector. Thanks for the input.
