Ok

Buy This mixer/ amp

Buy 5 pairs of these speakers and run them at the 4watt tap

You can use any kind of speaker wire you have available, or 2 core mains flex.

Just daisy chain the speakers in parallel.

Use a seperate external mic straight into this and you have a standalone paging system

I wonder if this starts to blur the line between a forum that is there to support and share knowledge etc, to a place that plans and does the specifications for someone else's install? Specifying specific speakers and amplifiers goes over that realm no?

It's the kind of thing that as a business we'd provide, if we were selling you the equipment too! Tom banged the nail on the head here! If David's spec was wrong (not that I think he is) then what's your recourse? If you went to your local friendly PA company, then they could help you out, install it. If you aren't happy, then you've got someone to go to an get them to fix their own work.

Hi

Thanks for that.

Could you draw up a quick wiring diagram?

I'd really rather not, to be quite honest. Sorry. I fulfilled your request which was to spec gear which would work together. I described how to connect it. If you (or your mate) can't work it out from that, how will you be able to troubleshoot it when it goes faulty? Again, if you are not capable of doing this, you need to get someone in to help you. That someone would normally charge money to do so, but in return you get the right gear for your space and you get the confidence knowing it will all work together to form a complete system.
