That was a very "even" failure there. Pretty much the whole structure went seemingly at once.

The speed of the collapse seems wrong? I wonder if it was a lift lock failure - and a lift just dropped? The usual failures start in one places and then expand as the extra forces fail the next section, in sequence. All the ordinary ones you see on you tube are a bit like a Mexican wave?
