Dave Posted October 12, 2004 Share Posted October 12, 2004 Hi, I'm wondering if anyone might be able to help. I have a need for some 19" 2U rackmount cases. However, all the ones I've seen have a front panel wider than the back box, and the front panel serves as the rackmount "ears". What I need is a case that has separate screw-on rack ears such that I can recess the case 25mm inside the rack. I've tried the usual suppliers and can't find anything in their standard product ranges. I'm also aware that you can get little brackets to recess a regular case inside a rack, but I don't think they'll work in at least one of the applications I need them for. Any ideas? Dave. P.S.
