After a slight mishap with a florry tube ,one of the channels on our arri smartracks is permantley on,everything points to the "quad solid state relay" part number Td2420q-10,now this thing seems as rare as rocking horse poo here in the uk,however RS sell a td2420q,which is a" zero-voltage switching"device ,the -10 denotes " random turn-on (phase controllable) switching".anyone know wether it will work? or will it be a subsitute for the smoke machine?

Out of interest, did ETC take on Arri's range of dimmers as they did with their desks?

you've probably spotted that the device in question is made by Crydom who are on 01202 365070 or fax 01202 365090
