boatman Posted February 20, 2008 Share Posted February 20, 2008 Nowadays most PCBs are made from FR4 which has a glass reinforced resin substrate, but some are still made from FR2 which is phenolic cotton paper. Neither of these is transparent. Lots of stuff here about PCBs. If it is transparent flexible circuits you are looking for then go here and ask for some rejects. LED Effects Inc did some , not sure of their status nowadays www.ledeffects.com leads to Lighting Science Group but think its more a name change thing.
