jon_sealey
Have been spec'd a rig by a hire company and they list 'HH Pro 450 Bass Bins'. I cant seem to find any reference to them on the net. I just want a quick look at the spec! any help would be great...
Chris Beesley
Would it not make sense to ask the hire company?
Bobbsy
HH Electronics haven't existed for quite a few years....by memory they ceased to exist around 1990. I can't comment on their bass bins but at the time their amplifiers were excellent...I used tons of them as monitor amps in TV control rooms and edit suites and I don't remember ever having a single problem with any of them. I believe THESE PEOPLE bought out the stock of old equipment and spare parts and may be able to advise you. Bob
KevinE
If you ring BLT electronics (Laney-Headstock) they will probably know your specs, Laney make the later HH stuff. http://www.laney.co.uk/
Simon Lewis
Assuming it is HH (and not a corruption of HK etc.) then they've got to be somewhat long in the tooth! They were quite well regarded in their day, but modern drive units and good enclosures would easily surpass them. Looks like you need to check just what is being offered? bruce
As everyone else says, it sounds old  Googling for this only gives 1 result - Northernstage.co.uk - the only other info they give is that they're 250W, and 21 quid a week...
KevinE
H:H badged stuff comes into the W/shop from time to time and some of it is relatively new (ie surface mount etc). They made a powered band mixer a while back similar to a Studiomaster Horizon or Phonic Powerpod...made by the aforementioned BLT of Cradley Heath (now Laney). jon_sealey
H:H badged stuff comes into the W/shop from time to time and some of it is relatively new I have heard they actually never went under.
Bobbsy
They didn't "go under" as such. They were bought out by Laney (in 1990 I believe). I assume Laney retained the right to use the HH name, though they don't seem to have done too much with it. Bob
