Andrew C
Black & Decker's standard and ground drill bits go from 1mm to 16mm in 0.5 mm increments. You're 15mm is there.Probably the nastiest way of making a hole in thin plastic. It twists up and burs horribly. Cone cut, or step drill is much better! KevinE
I often use Qmax punches for ABS and even chewy polycarbonate. The GRP boxes however will splinter and are best cut with holesaw. (you can get adjustable ones these days). If you're in any doubt, punch it half way through then slacken the punch and rotate the cutter 180 degrees and try again. I use my 20 and 25mm punch alot for ABS as they are the main conduit bush sizes!
