niclights
Surely same issues exist for an LED/RGB chart as they do for CMY - ie. it is very much fixture specific. No?

Tomo
Surely same issues exist for an LED/RGB chart as they do for CMY - ie. it is very much fixture specific. No?It's even worse for RGB as for CMY, as LED colours are extremely narrow-band, while CMY tends to be a bit wider band. And to top it off, the cheap LED stuff is never tightly bin-sorted for colour and brightness (they tend to only sort for brightness), so no two cheap LED fixtures will be the same, even if they are from the same batch at the same factory! On the other hand - it's a starting point, wich could be helpful for creating the first version of the colour palettes when offline.
