Jivemaster
http://www.bkelec.com/Modules/Amplifiers.htmhttp://www.bkelec.com/HiFi/ClassD/ClassD.htm -- bit OTT though! www.maplin.co.uk and look for N67AW 40W Power Amplifier or look for amplifier kits. Trunker
If your speaker driver is rated at 40w rms, try and get a 50w rms amp to go in it. it will be 50w @1khz test tone but will be about 39-42 w rms at 20-20KHz (full range). Maplin does amp kits.
eviljohn2
BK would definitely be my first choice for DIY amp modules. ;)

lightsource
BK would definitely be my first choice for DIY amp modules. ;) Would agree there, I had some a few years ago, and they were very reliable.
