  1. Try www.lightinghospital.com in Bristol
  2. A similar issue occurred several times in schools and village halls to my knowledge. All lighting works fine for rehearsals, but about fifteen minutes before the first interval, pop goes the power as two or three tea urns are switched on.
  3. I can confirm that only one company, GE/Tungsram, made that lamp, and they have stopped manufacturing entertainment lamps. To my knowledge there are no possible alternatives. So if you find any, grab them!
  4. AC have some ex-demo LED profiles on their Clearance List. E-mail me if you want more information peter.nesbitt@ac-et.com
  5. Then there was the LP desk. Three presets, and each fader had two indicators - one red, one white - which, by means of a microswitch in the fader, selected the "group" for that fader. As it was all by relays, the desk required. So an 80 way desk had 480 indicators. if my memory serves, a three phase 32A supply was required.
  6. At AC we have had a batch of CP60/61/62 and DWE made. PAR64s selling at less than £20 + VAT. First delivery all gone, but more on the way.
  7. I'm afraid this soon will become irrelevant, as there a few if any lamps remaining for sale. They haven't been made for years, and I think by now most remaining stocks of both CSI and CID have been hunted down
  8. Talk to Anytronics. They have various options, and are very helpful www.anytronics.co.uk
  9. Take a look at the LSC Mantra Lite - MANTRA LITE - LSC (lsccontrol.com.au) . You can also add a wing for extra faders.
  10. No problem, just don't want to see them skipped
  11. We have two Frogs and two 520i, probably not working, but could be broken for spares. No charge, but must be collected from Leeds. Soon!
  12. My issue is that so many VOI phones sound awful, with broken "underwater" effect. Maybe it's to do with the speed and quality of the connection, I don't know. But some conversations are almost unintelligible, like the early days of analogue mobiles.
  13. There was a conversion, but unfortunately someone washed it and it shrunk Pacific Lighting
  14. True UV is also rather cruel to those with dandruff...
