  1. PM sent. For others on here asking for PSU PCBs, I'll flag again that I've got a couple left, but none of you seem to be getting in touch, so it's up to you if you're still interested... I've also got a couple of sets of the PSU panels if you're feeling flush with cash... Regards, Kevin

I've got PSU PCBs and PSU front/back panels (3 sets I think). 15GBP per single set PCB+Front+Back panel plus postage. The front/back panels cost me a fortune (see other posts...), so sorry for the price. Looking on Royal Mail website, standard postage to Portugal looks like 5GBP and tracked/signed 10GBP. I'll do 1 EUR = 1 GBP to keep it simple. No beltpack PCBs left, sorry. Kevin
  4. Well, that's Newton's Second Law of Motion up the swanee then. http://www.blue-room.org.uk/public/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif
  5. If your order value is over GBP15 (*excluding carriage which is ~GBP30*) and you use the DHL delivery option I can guarantee you are going to get stung. You will get charged VAT on goods+delivery plus £11 charge from DHL for the privilege of them paying your duty/VAT bill for you for a day. Last order GBP15.84 -> VAT+DHL charges = GBP21. Be warned! Regards, Kevin ps I've got some PSU PCBs (3) and panels (3) if anyone is in need. PM me.
  6. The cost of the PCBs made by iTead in China, including shipping is dwarfed by the cost of the other components you need to buy. You can get *10* PCBs for about £40 delivered. The rest of the components, box, connectors etc come out at around £40 *per Beltpack*. The panels PCBs are much more expensive however - about 6x the price actually (3x the batch price and a batch is 5 boards not 10). I've just built 4 Beltpacks and as John says, this is quite a complex PCB. If you were to build this on Veroboard I think you would need a piece that was at least A5 sized and I don't think you'd achieve a good placement or a good physical strength for the connector or controls. I don't think you'd find the final build an acceptable solution! Kevin
  7. Thanks for that SoundMan. I have the proper Bluecom panels and I think this would be quite a hack to fit these, and maybe there isn't even space for a button this size. Thanks for posting though, appreciated. Kevin
  8. Anyone know where to get the buttons for the ALPS switches these days? Farnell no longer stock them. Nothing on CPC or Canford either. http://uk.farnell.com/alps/pb0150000w/cap-standard-white/dp/1123887 Any suggested part for the volume control knob? Thanks, Kevin

Hi boatman, Aside from Beltpack v1.3 PCB, are these still the latest docs for the PSU PCB and the PSU and Beltpack front/back panels? Thanks, Kevin
  10. I've got some Beltpack v1.3 PCBs on order with iTead at the moment. Might be getting some PSU and front panel PCBs done too. Will have some spares. (And I'm probably just up the road from you...) Kevin
