If I was a foreign national I could go and check in there and save myself £350pm rent? :unsure: ) The average wage to buy a one bed starter home round here is £40,000 pa! Not a hope in hell. Although I hear that you can buy romanian villages near the black sea fo £30,000 and houses for about £5,000 sounds good to me.
