Cable for lighting extention leads

Please could somebody tell me what the cable is that hire companies use for the lighting extension leads.

 

I've had a look at the RS catalogue and I'm don't know if it's the rubber stuff or silicone.

Normally H07, sometimes if it is really light duty H05. TRS = Tough Rubber Sheath.
