Mackie SRM350 Neutrik Combo socket identification and supplier

Hi All,

I have a elderly Mackie SRM350 on the bench with a damaged combo socket. 
The socket is branded Neutrik and looking at the solder side of the PCB I can count 10 pins.
This is a straight and not a 90 degree version.
Can anyone help me with a Neutrik part number and UK supplier?

The parts list says NCJ9FI-V-0 which comes up as available from Mouser and DV247 with a Google search.
