AV TECHNICIAN’S

Hours: 37 on annualised hours contract (excluding breaks)

Salary £28,000 – £29,000 p.a. plus overtime and benefits

 

We are the QEII Centre, the largest dedicated conference and exhibition space in central London.  Our venue offers world- class facilities for high profile conferences, conventions, exhibitions, and events, hosting over 400 national and international events each year Our clients are central to everything we do and as such, continuous improvement of our customer service is vital. 

 

QEII Live, is part of the Operations Department, which prides itself on delivering exemplary levels of customer service to enhance the QEII visitor experience. 

QEII Live deliver Audio Visual services for the centre and are a key department to the success of the Centre incorporating many specialists in the AV industry.   They work closely with our Event Managers to organise and operate most events at the centre by providing first class AV technology to our clients.

We are looking for AV Technician’s to join us and be part of a professional team in the provision of technical presentation services to events’ primarily within the QEII Centre. You will have good technical knowledge to operate Audio Visual technical equipment on events, Rigging & De-rigging of audio, lighting, Video/Data Sets and Display Equipment in accordance with General Health & Safety regulation and procedures.

 You will also have excellent communication skills to work with our clients.
