SoundCraft Compact 10 problem

I have a Sound Craft Compact 10 that has blown a component on the circuit board so badly I cannot read what it is ...I think its a Transformer . Has anyone got a Circuit Board Diagram I could get a copy of or know to where I could get one

It's a while since I've been inside a compact 10 but I don't think I recall a transformer.

I hope I'm right to think they have an external power supply.

Can you pack some good quality pictures  and copy/paste them directly into a reply?

Oh goodness yes it's a transformer  (marked TX1)

I have repaired a compact 10 but mechanically damaged pots. I wasn't looking at PSU / didn't notice the dc-dc converter section. I did recall it is external psu and being used to the AC transformer for other Soundcraft desks I happily accepted it was the same.

Talking to a colleague he had the same problem and physically removed the dead components then hooked up an external +15, -15, +48v psu from the junk box.

 

While looking for service manual (BTW £60 for official version) I came across several of thread on several site like this:

Yes but you confirmed it was a transformer and I will get round it somehow cheers
