Hi all 

 

I have an A&H I-DR8 unit with a PL-10 connected to it.

Channels 1&2 are grouped together for the L&R input from a PC. When I mute this group using the button on the PL unit and then unmite again, one of the channels is not unmuting, however if I open the idr8 software on a pc and mute the input channel, and unmute again  both channels unmute.

Does anyone know where I can even start looking at this issue as I'm not familiar with the unit or the software.
