Hello there, first post. Amateur here desperately needing assistance with purchase of the CS1000. 

The only display I can get is the integrated shapes. How do I get the unit to emit a more traditional laser (beam, wave, tunnel effect). Do I need to buy software or a DMX controller? 

I assumed the unit would have these functions as standard. 

Apologies if this is a very silly question to those in the know but it's the first laser I've bought.
