A&H GLD 80 fader issue

We have a GLD 80 and the level jumps up to 10db from 0db as soon as the fader hits anything past 0db. The physical fader itself doesn't but the level and the display is at 10db. This is happening across all inputs, outputs, everything that's there. I have tried loading different scenes and shows, restarting the desk. Is there a setting I have missed?

The first thing that comes to mind is that the faders might need recalibrating. It's an option under Setup > Utility > Calibration.

Happens on all faders, and this is the first time I've seen it happen.
