Help! Unique 2.1 hazer not producing haze

It might sound obvious..... but have you checked the little filter in the fluid tank at the end of the pickup tube?

I had a similar issue of no haze (unique 2.1) and it was as simple as the filter getting clogged with a kind of slim that formed in the liquid.

Update. New fluid pump fitted. Absolutely no change although the pump is now making more of a rythmic scavenging noise because no fluid id flowing. Air pump is working though. Any other ideas. There is certain irony. This is good brand machine with low operating theatre hours, not a cheap Chinese machine

Check all pipes for blockages. A syringe of fluid squirted through the pipework helps prime the pump - don’t fill the air lines though! Take the bottle quick connect out of the equation. The most basic error is the dip tube coming off the cap, so fluid can’t be sucked up out of the bottle.

there isn't much to the piping, do make sure as I said before that its not just sucking air. Make sure no joints have come apart. Check there are no kinks especially where it calls into and out of the electronics enclosure at the back (for the sensor).

The pumps are self priming but we must assume one end of the pipe is actually in the liquid 🛁

Thanks for those suggestions. I have done things like taking the quick connect out of the equation. I have taken the pipe into the heater and can feel air but no liquid at all is coming. I will try the priming idea

Thanks I sort of assumed that, However someone did mention the pipe goes past a sensor, and I assume that feeds back somewhere although maybe that would just throw up an error message
