Reprogramming GDS Arcs kit

We've got a massive install of GDS Arcs across 5 spaces, but weren't left a programming tool and now need to reconfigure a few bits to better match how we're using the spaces. Don't suppose anyone has/knows the location of a programming tool that could be borrowed/hired for a few days?

Have you tried contacting GDS? Have found them to be really helpful with technical support in the past.
