Zero88 ML48 saving issues

Hi All,

Although the people involved are now contacting Zero88 by phone they did ask me about a saving issue.

Seems they have 14movers and a bunch of LEDs patched to an ML48. All running well until they saved to USB. Once it saved they went back to Run mode and the mover information is all missing.

After this they tried a reload from the USB and still no mover information is in the file.

Any ideas? I don’t remember there being any save options in the software such as Patch only etc.

The software is the latest from the website with custom fixture profiles installed.

Any help would be great as it’s a small festival and they are little worried.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

I believe someone has spoken to our Service Manager Keith about this.

Please email us the show file to support@zero88.com and we'll take a look, however we haven't heard of anything like this before.

There isn't an option on Jesters for saving only part of the show file. Are all cues/submasters/palettes still there? Is it just the fixtures that have been removed?

All the best,

Edward

Thanks Edward.

Yes I believe they did speak to him directly.

I’ve had a play on the Phantom and see no issues in 4.1v

I wondered if it’s the USB key. Perhaps formatted wrongly.

I don’t have the showfile. But I’m sure Phil will send it later tonight.

Thanks again for your reply and great support as always.
