Right hand fuse is 24v rail and lamp circuit, most probably caused by short in wiring loom in pan tube, may have shorted the bridge rectifier but no point repairing the pcb till wirings fixed. I’m repairing some for a customer, similar fault with left hand fuse to 12v rail, yet to find the short as everything meters out fine and I know these boards well.
