ImagineerTom
The official tour guide Facebook page from Drury Lane has a series of videos and photo's from yesterday's "farewell to the stage" event including the last time the full set of Victorian electric and hydraulic bridges will be used and lots of footage backstage in a completely empty building. A team of experts have been in for the last 2 weeks cataloging and documenting all of the machinery and original stage equipment before it is all permanently removed on Monday to make way for the new stage deck as part of the bigger refurbishment program. Some of the videos start a bit dry but stick with them; they're worth it. https://www.facebook.com/DruryLaneTours/
indyld
There has also been various bits and pieces uploaded, by those interested in technical theatre history who are around the Lane at the moment, to the Archiving Technical Theat(er) History FB group. The group is a jumble of interested people from around the world and a pleasant and low noise place to hang out.
