Mackie (Loud technologies) used to own RCF a few years ago along with EAW, hence some of the Mackie range had "z" variants introduced (similar scheme as used by EAW for revisions) - some of the best stuff they ever produced IMO, then they sold off RCF, moved to China and it all went wrong.. it'll be interesting to see if the stagnant EAW brand can still be resurrected!
