GusJustGus1
I am a Theatre Manager at a local preforming arts center for our school board. Today, while removing some weight from a, arbor, weight was miscalculated and our arbor ran away into it's Head Block. Weight has been added back onto the arbor but it feels and looks stuck. The thimbles from the arbor look to be entering the Head Block and one of the metal Fly lines looks to be stuck under a loft block. I'd appreciate any recommendations on how to fix this problem or what type of business to call to make repairs.
ontoprigger
This will need to be checked out by a specialist as there is possibility damaged components. Ideally you should contact the original manufacturer or installer, but as you are asking on here I guess you don't have their details. Where about a are you, it will be easier for people to recommend someone closer to you.I would also look to secure the about, until it is checked your would not want someone 'playing with it' and finding its overweight and plummeting to the bottom

paulears
probably worth noting for the younger/newer folk that they're talking about a counterweight cradle - arbor being the US term for the things!

Bryson
You should try living in Canada where we use about 50/50 American/English terms for things.
