Using IEC60825.3 as a guideline, not having much fun determining what is actually captured in a Laser Display Safety record, let alone a template for such a document.Can anyone enlighten me? This last is an old thesis and is quite dated but the bibliography might be useful. John O'Hagan has since written more than I could possibly read on entertainment lasers and there is now even a database of papers called The Journal of Laser Applications with a section on entertainment lasers. He was the chair of the laser safety committee at BSI and sits on the laser safety group at Public Health England so he would be about the final arbiter of whatever it is you need.
