Stuart91
From experience funding applications require very detailed figures. My own experience is a ten year stint serving as a trustee, the regular meetings to decide how to dish out money were a pleasant duty, but still quite a challenge as we wanted to ensure maximum impact for our relatively limited funds. We would certainly not look favourably on an application that was clearly "back of a fag packet" with their figures, but I don't remember ever checking for actual quotes or worrying much at all about the finer details of what kit people wanted to buy. What we really looked for was applicants with a clear vision, and a well thought through strategy of how to achieve. I suspect you'll do better to concentrate on that side of things, or at the very least make sure that doesn't get overlooked in amongst all the chat about kit.
