We have several Chauvet CORE Par 80's and 40' which do a great job. Only problem is some light spill. Any ideas on how we could Barn Door these?

Now that does looks both interesting and inexpensive - thank you. Form what I can see one just wraps this around the device and secures it to form a snoot and then models it to reduce the scatter in unwanted directions.

I'm ordering some to try out,

There's a self-adhesive version called Blacktak (from Le Mark & probably others) which should be fine for LED fixtures.

But for LEDs where heat isn’t an issue black card and good matt gaffer can do the same job at a much lower cost.

Sure worked for me, except I used some towels instead of card and the lights were pointing straight down and hidden.
